Keating Concrete Contractors Ltd, prepare, place and finish concrete flooring and external yards. From industrial, chemical, pharmaceutical, high bay warehouses we have completed a vast array of concrete slab work throughout the country, with repeat custom and consistent quality.

We specialize in the installation of high tolerance concrete flooring achieving FM1,FM2,DM1,(super flat) and DM2 specification which is required for storage and warehouse projects. This is achieved not only by having decades of experience in the concrete world but by having a strong team of highly skilled concrete place and finishers.

Somero are the world’s leaders in levelling and machines for screeding concrete. We achieve our categorised flooring by using Somero S240 and the Somero SRS-4 laser guided machines.

We engage with an independent specialist floor surveying company who specialise in floor flatness measuring systems.

Our Services

Design

Offering a design service specific to the requirements with advice on whether to opt for the traditional steel mesh reinforcement or steel fibre concrete.

Prepare

Our preparation works includes grading and compaction of final 50-100mm of subbase using our own lazer guided tractor.

Place

Using Somero S240 and Somero SRS-4 laser guided machinery resulting in flatter floors, increased productivity, and higher efficiency.

Skilled Labour

Our workers have many years’ experience in placing and finishing concrete floors, yards and deck. We have a dedicated team of workers who ensure work is completed to a high standard.

Keating Concrete Contractors Ltd is a family run business established in 2000.

We are Irelands foremost specialist in concrete flooring. With over 60 years combined national and international experience with Specialist Consultant Carl Egan, we have completed high-end, high-quality projects within the Irish Construction industry since inception.

We adopt a collaborative approach to projects, working closely with clients and all stakeholders to focus on the common goal of high-quality project completion, offering design advice and ensuring timelines are adhered to.
